Item ID: 1106 - This is a ca. 1838, Birge, Mallory & Company, Bristol, Connecticut Triple Decker Column & Splat Shelf Clock. The beautiful mahogany case is in excellent restored condition. The grain of the mahogany and the patina of the finish are gorgeous. The reverse painted lower door glasses were professionally re-done by an old-time York , Pennsylvania clock tablet (glass)painter. The inside label is original and in excellent condition. The pendulum bob, pulley dust covers; upper door glass; dial and hands are all original and excellent. The original silvered mirror is in the crescent-shaped opening in the dial. It can be raised to allow the owner to see into the movement...for adjustments, if necessary. The strap brass eight-day movement has been professionally cleaned and runs and strikes perfectly. This is an exceptionally fine well restored early American shelf clock that is the best condition and ready to enjoy. Email me if you have questions.

Item ID: 1209 - This is a fine quality, ca. 1900, German Crystal Regulator 400 Day Clock. The highly polished brass case is 11" tall, 7" wide and 5 1/2" deep. The edges of the top and bottom and the front columns are decorated with fine brass turnings. The four thick and heavily beveled glasses are in perfect condition. The 4" porcelain dial is perfect. The bezel is finely engine turned. The polished brass hands are mint. The 400 day movement is marked DRP No 144688, USP No751686 and serial number 13589. The clock is in fine running condition.
