Item ID: 2011 - Chelsea 6" Clock & Barometer Desk Set. Ships Bell. The engraved dial is marked Hardy & Hayes Co., Pittsburgh and Chelsea Ships Bell. Serial number 166329 on the movement and the wood insert in the bottom of the case dates the clock to 1925. The case has been polished and lacquered. The dials have been resilvered. Item ID: Item ID: 1720 - Chelsea Clock Company 10" Special Dial Base & Ball with Superb Original Verde finish. Early large dial Chelsea clocks with original finish are exceedingly difficult to find. This example has a Verde finish in very fine condition and also has an unusual gold dial with raised numerals and pierced hands. Chelsea 6" Library Clock(SOLD)

Item ID: 1919 - Chelsea 6" Library Clock. The Library Clock was made from about 1906 to 1911. The clock sits on a symmetrical base with fine beaded decoration all around. The case and base are finely finished and polished front and back. This is a very fine early example with Roman numeral dial engraved George E. Butler, San Francisco. The clock strikes ships bells with fine Chelsea tone. Serial number 24285 dates the clock to 1907. A very uncommon Chelsea. Email me if you have questions.

Waltham 12" Dial Marine Clock(SOLD)

Item ID: 1756 - Waltham Clock Co. 12" Dial Marine Clock. An exceedingly rare marine clock. Only 2 other examples of Waltham's in this size are known to exist. They both have engraved and silvered dials. This clock with silvered dial, applied gilt bronze numerals and fancy pierced hands is unique. Chelsea 12" Marine Clock - Fore River Shipbuilding, Quincy, Mass(SOLD)

ID: 1868 - Chelsea Clock Co. 12" Marine Clock for Fore River Shipbuilding, Quincy, Mass. This clock is very unusual in many ways. First, the dial is artfully engraved "Fore River Shipbuilding, Quincy, Mass". Second, the case is polished aluminum. This is the only 12" Chelsea known with an aluminum case. Third, the back of the case is embossed with the logo of "Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, Ltd., Fore River Plant, EA 430". It is exceedlingly rare to find a marine clock that is so clearly marked on both the case and the dial. The clock is mounted on a custom made mahogany wall mounting ring. The movement and case are stamped with serial number 153529 dating the clock to March 1923. The movement has been overhauled and the clock keeps excellent time. Email me if you have questions.

Chelsea 12" Marine Clock for the Saramar(SOLD)

Item ID: 1680 - Chelsea Clock Company 12" Dial Marine Clock for the Saramar. The clock was sold on September 13, 1910 to Fisher & Bro. Co. later Fisher Body Co. for Charles Fisher's yacht the Saramar. The clock has been completely restored, has a red brass case mounted on a Mahogany base patterned after an Admiral. The back of the case is stamped with serial number 67430, Saramar, YC611 and MV5777. The clock is perfect in every detail. Email me if you have questions.

Boston Clock Co. 10" Marine Clock for Star Brass Mfg. Co. and Star Brass Revolution Counter(SOLD)

Item ID: 1852 - Boston Clock Company 10" Dial Engine Room Clock with matching Revolution Counter and builder's Plate from C&G Cooper Company, circa 1890. Matching red brass clock and revolution counter manufactured by Star Brass Manufacturing Company with Boston Clock Company movement. This pair would be near impossible to duplicate, revolution counters in this size and with 8 digits are extremely rare and with a matching clock even more so. The pair sre mounted on mahogany stands which measure 16" high. The builders plate measures 5.5" by 9" and is signed "The C&G Cooper Co., Builders, Mount Vernon, Ohio, U.S.A." The clock dial is signed "Star Brass Manufacturing Co., Boston, Mass. and Boston G", which stands for 7 jewel gold plated movement. The clock hands are finely tapered and retain the original bluing. The revolution counter is signed "C&G Cooper Co., Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Revolution Counter, Star Brass Manufacturing Co., Boston, U.S.A." The revolution counter is complete with the attachment lever. Item ID: 1788 - This is a very early Chelsea Mahogany Yacht Wheel Clock. The movement is marked with serial number 5385 dating the clock to 1901. Note the fine turning of the wheel spokes and their contrasting tips and the delicate line inlay and rope molding details. The engraved Roman dial has the original surface. The case has the original finish. The movement strikes ships bells. A fine early Chelsea.

The dial is engraved: Terheyden Co. Pittsburg and Chelsea Ship's Bell.The case is 14 1/2'' tall, 25 3/4''wide and 6'' deep. A very fine example in every way. Ship's bell strike with 8 1/2 inch excellent and exceptionally rare copper bronze “special dial”, original, with raised attached silvered numerals and silvered serpentine hands. Dial painted: "W.W.
